As an author, artist, producer, and motivational speaker, Pastor Moe's leadership calling is unveiled through his work with youth and young adults. The genuine zeal Moses brings to cultivate each student is administered through pursuits involving urban outreach and personal development.

 

As founder of “Forerunner Pioneer Leadership Academy and School of the Arts”, Pastor Moe has planted 3 Dream Centers for leadership in the Arts Entitled "The ARK Center", RPAD Center and Cross Roads Community Center, while still conducting specific parts of the academy. Mr. David’s penchant to fascinate and equip youth in underserved communities piques enthusiasm across the spectrum of humanity. His sought-after methodologies land truly because he embraces innovative platforms to attract youth from hundreds to thousands – which all equates to a typical day at the office for Pastor Moe!

 

Currently serving dual roles as the creator and director of “VoyceUp” as well as Founder and brain child of “Get M.O.G.U.L.E.D'' Edutainment program for Arts and Entrepreneurship. Pastor Moe has found a rare opportunity to harness his fervor for youth and young adults through the  passions that has given him vision and mission to invent a universal platform like VoyceUp: reaching the demographics of current underserved youth. He draws upon 25 years of experience to give VoyceUp the needed edge over competitors when it comes to effectively understanding and influencing underserved communities throughout our nation.
